Introduction
Welcome to "The Art of Goal Setting" learning page! I have provided this page to help people across the globe to be more effective, efficient, and enthusiastic about their goal setting and goal achievement efforts. There is no particular order for the resources and tools shared below. Whatever sparks your interest to start first, go for it (e.g. you can watch a video, read an article, review the framework, etc.). My hope is that you will learn and grow in this area; so that you can live your CROWN LIFE and bring to fruition everything that you are capable of producing. G.O.A.L. FrameworkI have designed an acrostic in which will provide a framework to understand the pillars for the outcomes of successful goal planning and achievement. The framework is made up of the four letters of the word “goal” (G.O.A.L.):
G – Growth, meaning that your goals should challenge you to grow, go higher, and do more in regards to your current capacity, activity and function. O – Objective, meaning your goals should be designed to create a true target to focus on. A – Accountability, meaning your goals should also have some control factors embedded to keep you accountable (e.g., self-assessment, a mentor, coach, or friend who checks on your progress). L – Learn, meaning that goals should create a continual learning opportunity for you. |

Never quit." –Bear Bryant "The great danger for most of us lies not in setting our aim too high and falling short; but in setting our aim too low, and achieving our mark." –Michelangelo "If you aim at nothing, you will hit it every time." –Zig Ziglar "If you go to work on your goals, your goals will go to work on you.
